Presentations at GILC are set up to be a welcoming and inviting environment where
students can share their knowledge, ideas, and culture with other students. Not only
is presenting a great resume builder, it provides students with an opportunity to
get out of their comfort zone!
We recommend every student submit a proposal, and we encourage all types of presentations,

Peer Leader Applications are Open!
Serving as a GILC Peer Leader gives students the opportunity to work closely and network
with a variety of students and staff in the international education community. The
GILC Peer Leader program is a one of kind experience that allows veteran students
the opportunity to engage, contribute and enhance a conference that impacted them
in the past.

EA Ambassadors serve to promote and support students interested in study abroad experiences, support the efforts of the UGA Office of Global Engagement, and seek to further student interest in international educational experiences through their interaction with fellow students.

The UGA Mentor Program offers a way for students to connect with UGA Alumni, Faculty, and Staff personally and professionally to help build their network and grow as individuals. Students are able to choose their mentor through our platform and can search for mentors using different criteria such as Industry, Title, Major, Degree, Race/Ethnicity, Gender Identity, Country of Origin, City of Residence, and much more.
